Password Reset Options

If you have issues accessing your Hour Timesheet account, the first step in troubleshooting your access should be to reset your Hour Timesheet password.

Before you begin. Make make sure that your password meets the following requirements.

Must contain at least 9 characters

*Must contain at least one small alphabet

*Must contain at least one capital alphabet

*Must contain at least one numeric character

*Must contain at least one special character

Password Reset Options 

Option 1 – Click the Forgot Password from your Hour Timesheet Login Page and follow the on-screen instructions.

Option 2 – Contact your company’s Hour Timesheet Administrator and request a manual password reset from within the application. This process requires that the Administrator create a temporary password so that you can login to HTS and then update your password accordingly.

Option 3 – Contact the Hour Timesheet Technical Support team (support@hourtimesheet.com) and request option 1 or 2 above be completed by a support tech.
